Role description

ARC is looking for a full-time Copywriter who will support our Brand and Marketing team and report to the Creative Lead in bringing our brand vision to life through the power of creativity and language. 

If you’re someone who has deep expertise in building brands through copy and a strong tone-of-voice and has some exposure to Web3 / keen to transit into the world of Web3, come have a chat with us!

This role requires you to be based in Singapore.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Work with the Creative Lead in acting as the overall guardian of ARC’s tone-of-voice across all our brand and comms touch points, including but not limited to:
    • Social Media
    • Website
    • eDMs
    • Mobile App
    • Merchandise
    • IRL experiences 
  • Continuously sharpen and strengthen our brand’s character and tone-of-voice through understanding feedback from relevant stakeholders in the company and members within the ARC community 
  • Deep understanding of brand and business objectives with the ability to translate it into creative solutions with high impact
  • Work collaboratively with team members to produce brand (website, articles, whitepapers), product (app, minting flows, community engagement programmes) and social assets (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Discord) that tells the story of ARC in a consistent, persuasive way through copy
  • Actively scan the Web3 and NFT landscape for interesting creative and storytelling ideas that ARC can tap on 
  • Stay up-to-date and well-informed on all the latest NFT news and projects to understand how ARC can improve and stand out from competition
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience, ideally within advertising, brand and design agencies 
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates ability to apply the brand guidelines creatively across different touch points to maximise outcomes while staying true to the brand voice
  • Experience working with complex brands and products e.g. banking to translate business propositions into simple, easy-to-understand concepts and writing for audiences 
  • Clarity of thought and ability to distill complex information into succinct and memorable copy that brings the brand storytelling to life
  • An ability to communicate with audiences via compelling, resonative creative storytelling that shifts perspectives and makes the reader feel 
  • Good grasp of the nuances in developing copy-related assets across different channels e.g. between social media and website 
  • You should be a collaborative team player who is open to fresh ideas and different perspectives
  • Comfortable with networking and building relationships with community members in online and offline spaces as part of ARC’s overall community engagement efforts
  • Some experience working with brands to shape and define a tone-of-voice e.g. via a rebranding exercise or development of a brand book is a bonus
  • Some understanding of Web3 tone-of-voice / willingness to invest time to understand the space and staying up-to-date on latest NFT news and projects
