From Retreats to ARC On Tour

In 2024 and 2025, ARC hosted two community retreats in Da Nang — immersive experiences where members stayed together for three nights of shared learning, conversations, and connection.

Each retreat followed a fixed itinerary and a full package format, covering accommodation, meals, and activities.

As the community grows, we’re evolving this format into something more flexible, lighter, and city-based — allowing Stellars to design their own journey while still sharing core community moments.

This marks the next chapter: ARC On Tour.

About ARC On Tour (AOT)

ARC On Tour will be a curated community experience that blends four days of sports, food and wellness against a background of intentional networking and collaborative learning.

The goal is to help members slow down, recharge, and reconnect — both with themselves and with one another — in Bangkok’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, Thong Lor and Ekkamai.

Unlike the all-inclusive Da Nang Retreats, ARC On Tour introduces a modular format: you pay only for the experiences you join. This makes participation more accessible and flexible for both local and travelling Stellars.

The itinerary kicks off with ‘Tuk Me to Dinner’ — the official dinner event to launch AOT.

From there, members can choose their own flow across shared activities, local experiences, and wellness sessions designed to refresh and inspire.

Participation & Pricing

Participation begins with RSVP-ing for our welcome dinner, ‘Tuk Me to Dinner’, priced at USD 99, which marks your entry into ARC On Tour. This fee covers the welcome dinner and an exclusive ARC merch pack, specially prepared for all attendees.

Additional activities — such as padel, sauna sessions, temple tours, and group dinners — will be offered as individual add-ons, with pricing announced closer to the date.

Accommodation will be booked directly with ARC’s partner hotels at exclusive member rates, with no markup.

This flexible model allows you to curate your own journey — whether you join for a single day or the full four-day experience.
