Commercial Lead


Role description

We are looking for motivated and experienced business development and partnership professionals to join our growing team in a challenging and fast-paced startup environment.

You will be part of a team that is bringing together Asia’s most prominent thought leaders, founders, investors, and creators to form our community and work with us to build a thriving and engaged community experience for them. 

What a typical day looks like:

  • Develop business development strategy and establish partnership connections with potential partners, including but not limited to NFT/Crypto projects, Arts, Entertainment, Gaming companies with interest in Web3 
  • Co-lead and develop an acquisition strategy for new members with BD Director, Community, Brand and Marketing and Product teams  
  • Review and analyse market trends of NFT partnerships and collaborations to devise proposals and recommendations on business development strategies
  • Devise and negotiate commercial terms with potential partners 
  • Coordinate activities and communications with external partners
  • Support and manage documentation requests from senior management and ensure the timely execution and proper filing of commercial terms documents
The Must Haves
  • At least 5 years of Business development/ partnership experience in the technology space, existing experience in the Web3/NFT/Crypto space is preferred
  • Goal-driven with a plan-orientated mindset with strong documentation skills
  • A strong networker and has a passion for making new connections
  • Experience working with IP commercialisation and working knowledge of NFT collaborations 
  • Diploma or degree in business, communications, marketing or related fields.
